Will Boardwalk Empire Save Atlantic City?
It comes as no surprise the slump Atlantic City is in. Every single statistic is down for Atlantic City, even at the high end spots like The Borgata. To make matters worse, you have cops that have lost their jobs, and you have a state that is looking to take over the city. Even the Atlantic City escorts are more ballsy these days by getting clients right on the main strip in AC (yea, right behind the boardwalk). I should know, saw it this weekend while walking back to Caesars.
Now comes the new Boardwalk Empire HBO series. With the writer of the Sopranos and Martin Scorsese, you have quite a powerful punch here. The fact that it’s another show based out of New Jersey should be of no surprise. After all, Boardwalk Empire is about corruption in the 1920s from prohibition. Corruption, New Jersey, No.!
Mark my words, Boardwalk Empire will ultimately bring in an influx of tourists to Atlantic City. Just what Jersey Shore did for Seaside NJ, Boardwalk Empire will surpass this. With this influx, will come a new breed of Atlantic City escorts. It’s the natural progression my escort loving friends.
